Returns Policy
Customer satisfaction matters above all else to us.
If you are dissatisfied with any of our products, please follow the below steps to secure a replacement or refund. We are more than happy to help.
If you feel the need to return any item to us, we will ask for you to pay the cost of the return.
If you have received the wrong items or your items are faulty, this must be notified to us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will then send you a pre-paid postage label. We are unable to refund any shipping charges related to goods returned to us as faulty or incorrect if we have not provided a pre-paid label. Replacements for faulty items will be shipped out once the goods have been received back.
Goods must be unworn and unused in their original packaging in order to be applicable for a refund. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
If the packaging is deemed not suitable for resale, a re-bagging fee of £2.50 will be deducted from the refund.
We are unable to refund any items returned to us that have clearly been worn or used, items will then be returned to you for a charge of £3.99.
How to make a Return
- Download and fill in our Returns Form
- Return the unworn garments to us in their original packaging, we recommend using a tracked service.
- We will process a full refund on products to your original payment method within 5 working days of receiving the returned items.
We cannot accept returns on Customised / Altered Items
Unfortunately, we cannot provide returns on customised or altered items.
For that reason, we ask you to take your time when designing your custom clothing / finalising alterations before submitting them for production.
Please Note
You have 21 days from receipt of your order to return your items. Once this period has passed, items cannot be returned. Any items we receive after the 21 day period will be returned to you for a charge of £3.99.
Priority deliveries paid for when ordering are customer preference. Unless the goods returned are faulty, delivery surcharges cannot be refunded.
Customised goods cannot be exchanged, or returned unless faulty.
All returns over £500.00 are subject to a 10% restocking fee (Alternate varied restocking fees apply on Brook Taverner, 25% restocking fee applies to Fort Workwear / Tuffstuff).
In the case that we need to send a parcel back to you due to it being returned to us late or returned in inadequate condition, the £3.99 charges apply to UK Mainland only. Northern Island and Isle of Man parcels will be charged at £9.99.
Brook Taverner Returns Policy
Brook Taverner Garment returns are subject to the following additional restocking fees:
£2.52 per tailored garment
£1.44 per shirt or blouse (unopened)
£3.06 per shirt of blouse (opened and still in the original packaging)
Any shirts or blouses which have been worn or used for sizing and are not in their original packaging cannot be credited, and will be returned back to the customer at a cost of £3.99.
Garments will only be credited if they are received in their original condition.
Any garments altered to a non-standard size are non-returnable.

Uneek Returns Policy
UNEEK returns are subject to the following additional Terms & Conditions:
Returned garments should be returned in original packaging where applicable and in a sellable condition. Goods will only be accepted if they are not soiled/damaged and returned in good/adequate packaging. They will otherwise be returned to you for a charge of £3.99.
Supertouch Returns Policy
Supertouch returns are subject to the following additional Terms & Conditions:
Returned garments should be returned in original packaging where applicable and in a sellable condition. Goods will only be accepted if they are not soiled/damaged and returned in good/adequate packaging. They will otherwise be returned to you for a charge of £3.99.
Please note that we are unable to accept any returns on disposable products. Any disposable products returned to us will be returned to you for a charge of £3.99.
Fort Workwear / Tuffstuff Returns Policy
Fort Workwear and Tuffstuff returns are subject to the following additional Terms & Conditions:
The item(s) must be returned to us in original, re-saleable condition, complete with bag, hang tags and labels, they will otherwise be returned to you for a charge of £3.99.
All Fort Workwear / Tuffstuff returns are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.
