Excellent customer service

I ordered 2 of the long sleeve unisex polo shirts, for my choir. Unfortunately I had to return them due to to the fact that the button placket was to long on the front so our choir logo would be to low down. I was disappointed as the polo shirts were of excellent quality, and well made. Parcel was collected from my home by Royal Mail. On the 9th September by the 22nd they had not arrived at their destination. Contacted Royal Mail customer service, the parcel was lost. Lo and behold on Monday 13th October the parcel was delivered back to my home address. Contacted Apex Work explained the situation they have been marvellous in sorting out this situation and will be getting my refund. Customer service have been on the ball communicating with me. So I am very impressed and will certainly be placing orders with them in the future. A very big Thank You Apex Work Wear.
